About

Kelly is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Santa Clara so she knows the South Bay like the back of her hand. She loves the diversity of topography from the coast to the mountains which make it a beautiful place to live and explore.

Kelly graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Magazine Journalism and loves to write in her spare time. She married her husband Justin in October of 2017 and they have been together for 7 years. They enjoy everything Disney, local Bay Area Sports and spending time with family.

Kelly is a detail-oriented professional who has been consistently praised by co-workers and management for being focused and diligent in her work. Over the course of her 18-year career, she has developed numerous skill sets including records management, executive support and vendor/customer communications. Overall, she has consistently demonstrated leadership, communication and writing abilities in every aspect of her various roles throughout the years.

Kelly comes from a long line of customer service oriented jobs and thrives in environments where she works to support people with their needs. She started her career in real estate in 2013, and loved the variety of personalities as well as the diverse tasks within the field - in other words she was, “SOLD”.

One of the reasons Kelly loves coming to work each day is because of how Sereno Group exemplifies a wonderful team culture that cares for their own. The opportunity to collaborate and work with different types of people represents the true definition of teamwork. Kelly is passionate about teamwork because it allows different visions to come to fruition and creates a truly balanced and diverse workplace. She enjoys experiencing how it allows all voices to be heard and shared to create one vision seen through many different eyes.

Kelly enjoys how Sereno creates a different brand and reputation for real estate that she is proud to be a part of. As one of their core values states, Sereno is truly RAD - and she is proud to tell people where she works.

Before coming to Sereno, Kelly supported a real estate brokerage company as an Office Administrator. She loved the interactions with agents and knew it was a career path she wanted to stay on. Her administrative and customer service background have given her ample insight into her current role as Operations Assistant where she supports the day-to day operations of all company offices. Everyday there is a wealth of variety in her duties and she loves that about her role at Sereno. She spends her days expertly multi-tasking as she floats to different offices to support staff wherever needed. Like she always says, “She is happy to help, wherever she can.”
