Through my nearly 40 years in real estate, I have formed a business and personal philosophy. It is based on my personal experiences along with exposure to other business professionals I look up to. My purpose is to provide expertise and personal service to my clients. Since my association with Cornish & Carey and Coldwell Banker, I have always been in the top 1% of the company and the #1 or #2 salesperson in my individual office. I have averaged between 35 to 55 transactions each year for over 39 years. Since Coldwell Banker purchased Cornish & Carey, I have been the #1 agent in the Palo Alto offices by both dollar volume and in terms of units sold in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008 2009, and 2010. In 2000, 2003, and 2006 I finished #2. This level of activity has placed me in the top 1% of the company each year amongst 60,000 to 87,000 agents depending on the year.

I joined Sereno Group in 2011 as a founding agent of the Palo Alto office. Sereno Group is unique because it is a collaborative company and follows my personal philosophy. A perfect fit. It gives me the opportunity to mentor others and leave the real estate world a better place.

Personal Background

I was born in 1951 and raised in Palo Alto at 758 De Soto Drive. I have lived in the mid-peninsula area my entire life and therefore have extensive knowledge of the local communities. My interests combined with real estate are my wife, my home, competitive cycling, weight lifting, fine arts, photography, travel and everything French.
