In 2005 I moved to the Bay Area and obtained my real estate license. This was a natural fit for me due to my experience in contracting and the fact that I had been raised in Real Estate by my mother, Mary Margaretich who was always a top producing agent in Santa Cruz.
Almost immediately I became a top producing agent thanks to the guidance and mentoring of Les Fohl. In 2009 we decided to become partners and create the new company “Fohl and McClellan Real Estate.” It was a perfect blend of experience and expertise with innovation and technology, which is exactly what is needed in today’s market.
Having grown up in Santa Cruz and Aptos, I have always felt that this area is home. In 2011 I was compelled to go back to my roots and move back to Santa Cruz.
After meeting with Chris Trapani and Ryan Iwanaga, hearing their vision and experiencing their culture, I knew this was the only place I could work. I immediately joined their team.
When I’m not working on real estate I almost always have to be outdoors. On my off time you will find me Boating, Wakeboarding, Dirtbiking, Camping, Fourwheeling, or Snowboarding. I have a passion for life and want that to always come out whether its work or play.
