Geographically,
I specialize in the high-end markets of Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.
However, I also work with clients searching in Mountain View,
Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Meno Park,
Atherton, Portola Valley, and Woodside. My clients are typically
single-family home buyers but I have experience and will work with
clients who want condos or townhouses as well as land. I work with
clients across all price ranges and offer the same high-level of service
to all my clients.
My role as your real estate professional is to give you the information you need to make the right decisions about the purchase, sale, rental or development of real estate. While there are agents who will tell you what you want to hear and try to "sell" to you, I see my role as trusted advisor. In that role, I will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. You may or may not like what I have to say, but it will always be what needs to be said.

Buyer:
I will walk you through every aspect of buying a home. I use a unique
methodology to find you the exact home you want, wherever you want it.
If the home you want exists, I'll find it. No other agent offers this
service and you'll find that it greatly speeds up and simplifies the
process of finding a home. Once your ideal home is found, I and my team
will help you with contract negotiations, financing, transaction
management, inspections, relocation, moving, property preparation or
repairs, contingencies and closing escrow. If you need to buy a home
outside my service area, I will make a personal introduction to a
world-class REALTOR in the area you are moving to. I align your needs
with someone who matches the expertise and personality you need to get
the job done.
Seller: Selling
a home in Los Altos, Altos Hills, and many of the nearby markets
requires a real esate broker with the expertise to market the home to
the many professional REALTORS and their buyers looking in this area.
They expect professionalism and quality in how the home is presented for
sale. Whether you want a traditional sale via the MLS or an "off
market" sale without the MLS, I will advise you on the specific steps
required to prepare the property for sale and execute a comprehensive
marketing plan so you achieve the highest possible sales price. It is
always my goal to achieve multiple offers and to ensure that not only do
you get the price you want, but optimal terms, from a full qualified
buyer who will complete the transaction on time.
Tenant: Many tenants today are the homeowners of yesterday or tomorrow who now seek temporary living arrangements. In addition, traditional rental and lease clients still need to find housing. Bottom line, the competition can be intense. You need representation and advice on how to successfully negotiate for a rental property. Let me help you find the property, prepare the paperwork and negotiate the terms to get you in the rental property.
Landlord: It is very desirable to own investment property. Once you own it, you should NEVER sell it, you should only exchange it. An investment property is paid off by a tenant and provides you with excellent income potential, leverage and tax benefits. Don't be discouraged by a bad tenant experience. Accelerate the payoff of any loans and enjoy the cash flow during your pre-retirement and retirement years. Leave the property to your heirs and let them enjoy the continued income. I pride myself on building relationships with you because my clients need you services in the market you serve or in a specialty my clients need addressed. I always pay a 25% referral fee and hope you extend the same courtesy to me. I require communication and an update on the status of the service provided to my clients so I know they're getting the same first-class service that I would give them.
