SERENO GROUP RECORDS $500 MILLION IN SALES VOLUME

IN FIRST FULL YEAR OF BUSINESS

LOS GATOS, CA—January 15, 2008. Sereno Group Real Estate recently celebrated their first full year of business in 2007 by announcing the company produced in excess of $500,000,000 in residential sales volume, ranking them fourth among Santa Clara County residential real estate brokerages. More importantly, the production ranks Sereno Group highest in per agent closed dollar volume among the top five residential real estate companies in Santa Clara County.
