SERENO GROUP REAL ESTATE LAUNCHES NEW COMPANY WEBSITE

Los Gatos, CA—February 5, 2009. Sereno Group Real Estate announced the launch of their new dynamic company website, featuring cutting edge 2.0 web technology and programming. The new serenogroup.com will further leverage Sereno Group’s on-line strategy by offering real time property searches, streaming video and a property section featuring exclusive Sereno Group properties. 

“The new serenogroup.com will allow Sereno Group to communicate with web visitors in a way that is immediate and interactive,” Sereno Group President and CEO, Chris Trapani, said, “It will also allow us to share the company’s journey as we strive towards continued success while maintaining a culture of socially responsible business practice.”

Along with the site’s property search and video capabilities, visitors will find all of Sereno Group’s available listings both active and exclusive, current open house information with included mapping location, full agent roster and a list of Sereno Services. The website also represents Sereno Group’s effort to provide a truly interactive experience for the site’s visitors. 

The “About Sereno” section offers a streaming video highlighting Sereno Group’s history and long term vision. Sereno Group intends to expand the video library to highlight other aspects of the company, its community involvement and philanthropy and is an aspect of the company’s desire to participate in thought leadership when it comes to real estate news and information on the web. 

Sereno Group partnered with Baynet World, Inc., an industry leader in real estate technology platforms, to create the site and received design and aesthetic creation from marketing consultant Kevin Story, owner of 3Degrees Marketing. 

“Our partnerships with Baynet and 3Degrees were crucial in the final creation of our new website,” Trapani said, “With Baynet’s all-inclusive real estate platform and 3Degrees’ global marketing perspective and counseling, we were able to really focus on all aspects of the site’s design and application. We are very pleased with the end result.” 

Baynet will also provide Sereno Group with a state of the art back-end agent site that will serve as the company’s new internal intranet site. The intranet site is directly tied into the public site and will enable Sereno Group to coordinate company and property information between their three offices as well as instantaneous interaction with serenogroup.com.
